CAA establishes a toll-free number for each project, giving class members direct access to CAA's staff. This provides a more positive experience for class members. CAA will create and maintain a website with the appropriate functionality for a given class, from an information-only site to a site that accepts online claims through our EasyClaim℠ software.
Status Reporting and Special Analyses
Keeping our clients informed of the status of their cases is of the utmost importance. CAA's clients frequently comment on the thoroughness of the custom reporting we provide.
