CAA Administers Settlements of Class Actions Against Payday Lenders
(January, 2008) -- Class Action Administration, Inc. has been chosen by
counsel for the parties to administer two class action lawsuit settlements. The settlements, totaling
nearly $12 million, resolve suits against two payday lending companies for allegedly overcharging interest
and fees. CAA will identify class members from the defendants' transaction data, notify the class members,

Erik Cansler, Esq. Joins CAA Staff

that Erik Cansler, Esq. has joined its staff as Lead Analyst. Mr. Cansler is a 2004 graduate
of the University of Colorado School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado
and Wyoming, and is admitted to the bar of the United States District Court for the
District of Colorado. Prior to joining CAA Mr. Cansler was in private practice,

$4.5 million Settlement
